Tani Pozirekides is the founder of Swish Talent Group, a boutique executive search and talent advisory firm built on over a decade of in-house recruiting experience at Netflix and ITV Studios.

Tani played an instrumental role in building the Netflix studio, leading talent initiatives that helped scale the company into a global production force. Her work spans both entertainment and technology, with experience driving hiring across creative, operational, and technical teams. From internship programs to the C-suite, Tani has hired hundreds of professionals and guided leaders through periods of rapid growth and change.

Her work also includes co-leading a multi-region people transformation across Southeast Asia—bringing a global, intuitive lens to talent strategy. Known for her precision, discretion, and sharp instinct, Tani offers a rare combination of hands-on execution and high-level advisory.

Tani earned her B.A. in Communications, with a minor in French and Francophone Studies, from Santa Clara University.
